About the artist

Anna Jaissle is a cosmopolitan artist, designer, and visual storyteller. Her work emerges from everyday encounters — quiet moments, overlooked objects, the poetry of the ordinary. A column in Lisbon, a scrap of paper in a window display, the structure of a leaf or the texture of a wall: in her eyes, they transform into vibrant, abstract compositions.

Her process begins with photography. She captures reality — close-up, unfiltered, raw — and then, through digital collage and graphic elements, she reframes it. What was once unnoticed becomes reimagined. Her visual language is bold, energetic, intuitive, and always rooted in emotion.

Whether inspired by nature, urban stillness, or fleeting light, Anna’s creative approach is deeply instinctive. A moment moves her — and becomes a vision. Each piece is a visual translation of what she felt when she first encountered it.

Since 2010, when this way of seeing first took shape in Hong Kong, Anna has been following her artistic path. In 2022, it found new depth in Lisbon. Constantly inspired by changing environments, she blends photography, design, and motion to create a unique and cosmopolitan visual language.

Her works invite us to pause, to look closer, to rediscover the beauty hidden in plain sight. They offer space to breathe, to interpret, to feel — and to see the world with fresh eyes.
